RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days and have another 30 days to return the products. We will refund the full amount, minus the return shipping costs, if the product is received in good condition.
Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you send the return with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns. Please refer to our RETURNS POLICY on the website for more information on possible return shipping costs.
After we receive your return, we will try to process it within 5, but maximum 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation when the processing is complete.
Order and Delivery
We offer free standard shipping. Delivery time to Germany is typically 8-15 business days. Total expected delivery time includes 2-3 business days processing time and 8-11 business days shipping time, depending on destination. All delivery times exclude customs fees and any delays. No, we currently only offer domestic shipping and do not offer international shipping. This ensures that we can maintain our delivery times and customer service standards.
